I haven't posted in so long...have been contemplating shutting down my blog...sometimes life gets in the way of sitting down for a couple of hours a couple of times a week to update your blog... I'm still having trouble making that final decision...I hope what followers I do still have will bear with me while I hang in there and try to get past my blog fog...
I reopened my booth at Old South Antique Mall the first week of February...so far...it's going great...I did take several pictures yesterday to show you...forgot my camera, so I took them with my "smart" phone...which I'm finding out is not as "smart" as I thought...promise to bring you shots of the signs and prim items next week...this time I'll remember my camera...
Hope everyone's Valentines Day was a memorable one...ours was unbelievable...hubby took me to Birmingham to a "Celtic Woman" concert...if you get the opportunity to see them, don't miss it...it'll touch your heart...
Spring has definitely hit us here in lower Alabama...yesterday it was 80 degrees...after a good rainstorm it was 50!...luckily the daffodils and hyacinths made it through the wind and rain...hopefully one more month and we'll have steady temps...
...Am I the only one out in blog land with Easter on their mind...??
already working on spring/Easter decor and
menu planning for a family get-together...
...I like any excuse to get my growing group together...
...for Christmas I gave my hubby Advanced Photography
classes...he's already a great artist with the camera...
...had to show you some of his "homework"...
...I know...what is it?...give up?...
it's rain...on an extremely slow camera setting...
...this shot was my favorite...
...our "big foot"...
...well..enough of my ramblings...
...hope everyone has a great weekend...
...projects for the weekends are to hang new curtains
in the bay window in our kitchen...and do a frame wall
for our extra bedroom...thank goodness for Pinterest...
that site it always full of great ideas...
...this arrangement caught my eye...
...now to decide on colors for the frames...
...off to create...
More later,
Donna T.

Well girl, I for one would miss you! But I understand. There would be times when I felt it was such a hassle to update my blog and sometimes it would even stress me out. But I'm learning that life does go on. If I'm gone for awhile, it's because life is happening and if my followers leave because of an absence then that's okay too. But I do enjoy your blog. =]
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful way to celebrate Valentine's Day! I'm sure they had such beautiful voices!
Have a fantastic weekend Donna~
